Check-Out Procedures

*** In order to receive a full refund of your deposit, the house must be left in the same clean condition as you found it.  Since our maid as to clean 4 units, she does not have the time and is not paid for deep cleaning.

***All dishes must be put into the dishwasher and the dishwasher started before leaving.

Trash: Please remove all trash. 

Food: Please remove all food and drinks.

Windows: Please close all windows and blinds.

Lights: Please turn all lights and fans off.

Range top: Please verify that the stovetop is off.

Oven: Please verify that the oven is off.

Doors: Please lock all doors.
